I’ve had my Honda prelude in here in quite a few times. They did an excellent job with it each time. Local shops tend to shy away from older uncommon vehicles, but not these guys.

Recently I had my 2004 Toyota Tacoma serviced at this location. I ended up needing a transmission replacement and a few issues squared away from a prior shop. Inspections and Emissions

Took my truck in for a state inspection. Unfortunately, it didn't pass because of loose tie rods. The service department showed me everything that was needed, and an upfront cost as well. Very knowledgeable, helpful & quality service oriented group!

Once again I am stunned again by Union Street Automotive, very honest people who charge fair prices. My sister brought her car back to union street after having an issue with leaking fluid related to another shops repair job, the mechanics at Union Street did dye tests and figured out it was simply some loose bolts. If you're worried about a shop trying to pressure you into maintenance you don't necessarily need or doubt their integrity look no further. Union Street Auto has your back!

Towing

The tow driver was great today! My insurance company said it would be almost 2 hours before they could get a driver to come get us, but he was there in maybe 30 minutes. He took great care of us. I sincerely hope I never need another tow anytime soon, but if I do I'll be sure to call him.

This is by far the best kept secret in town! Friendly service, fair prices and excellent service + knowledgability on all things automotive (and then some!). I have been going there since I moved here almost 8 years ago + they keep my car running in tip-top shape (and my car is almost 10 years old). Whether you just need gas, a quick drink, accidentally run over something + need your tire fixed in a flash, an inspection or major repairs...they are THE ONES to go to! I needed to get my old rust bucket towed from my house to a dealership. Union st was the company sent by my roadside assistance. I received a call from the driver within 5 minutes of my request to confirm the details and he said he would be here within 30 minutes. He arrived before the 30 minutes was up and was very friendly and efficient, even though it required a bit more work than I think he expected. I would definitely recommend these guys for towing.
